1. You will receive your invoice monthly which will indicate your class choice and cost.

  2. Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit within 1 week of the invoice date.

  3. Everybody Sing does not accept payment via cheques.

  4. Alternative payment methods are only available in exceptional circumstances and are agreed on an individual basis.

  5. Class fees are spread evenly over 12 monthly payments, Children will receive 40 classes per year and adult will receive 41 classes per year.

  6. Al Private Lessons will be invoiced monthly in advance for the lessons booked in that given month. Payment continues to be on the DD system.

  7. We reserve the right to suspend your child’s classes and withhold Examination and Festival entries and Results until any overdue payments have been received, if alternative payment arrangements have been made with the Director.

  8. Fees are not waived in respect of family holidays, school trips, school exams or short-term sickness or injury. (This list is not exhaustive)

  9. Instances of long-term sickness or injury will be addressed on an individual basis.


  1. Each of the above will be invoiced as they are booked.

  2. If you have a DD set up then this will be added to the appropriate months invoice

  3. If you are not signed up, this payment must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the event or class.


  1. Invoices for Examinations and Festival Entries are distributed as they arise.

  2. All Examination and Festival Entry invoices will be emailed, and payment will be collected via your Direct debit on the appropriate month.

  3. Entry for examination or Festivals is at the Teachers digression, based on their professional training.



  1. If required, these are payable separately and will be added to your Direct Debit on the appropriate month.


  1. If a pupil wishes to leave Everybody Sing, the school must receive a month’s notice in writing. Please be aware that if this has not been received in writing your Direct Debit may not be cancelled. (We will accept notice via email).

  2. Late leaving notice for exceptional circumstances will be addressed on an individual basis.

  3. In the event of a pupil leaving Everybody Sing with fees still outstanding (if an alternative payment method had been agreed). Everybody Sing reserves the right to pursue recovery of the debt by all legal means including court action.



  1. Occasionally it is necessary to temporarily change a class/lesson or postpone the class/lesson to a later date.

  2. Where this occurs, Everybody Sing will try to notify Parents either by email, social media, notice board, website, phone or word of mouth.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel any class/lesson anytime up to and including the date the class/lesson starts. Should this occur we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.


  1. If a class/lesson is cancelled by a student up to the date of the class/lesson, Everybody Sing does not offer refund in this instance.

  2. If a class/lesson is cancelled by a student due to exceptional circumstances this will be dealt with on an individual basis (please note exceptional circumstances do not include, weather, school trips, short term sickness, birthday etc – this list is not exhaustive)

  3. If a class or lesson is cancelled by Everybody Sing (due to unforeseen circumstances) you may be offered the below:

    • An alternative class/lesson date and time

    • A full refund

    • A credit to your account for the next month (Showing in your DD)

  4. If classes/lessons are cancelled by Everybody Sing or a student due to adverse weather conditions, this is classified as in Act of God and therefore no refunds are available.


  1. All teachers are qualified, DBS checked and insured and are fully aware of our child protection policy. (available on the website) However, due to the nature of teaching performing arts, it is sometimes necessary to correct posture for singing and physical contact is always conducted with the utmost care and professionalism.

  2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be announced on the school notice boards.


  1. Everybody Sing does not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from errors or omissions on the registration form whether completed by you or the person in charge of your child at the time of enrolment.

  2. Everybody Sing does not accept liability for death or personal injury to any child attending class/lessons, with the exception of such injury being caused by negligence or default of any member of our staff or any other default on our part.

  3. Everybody Sing does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

  4. Everybody Sing does not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control including, transport, fire, weather and other such actions.

  5. Everybody Sing is only responsible for students while they are in their class/lesson. Children cannot be supervised whilst they are outside class.


  1. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and us in connection to classes/lessons or any services superseding any prior agreement.

  2. Attendance at class/lesson is deemed to be an acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

  3. It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to notify Everybody Sing of any illness or injury that may affect the child’s participation in class/lesson.

  4.  It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to ensure that we have the correct details for you and your child and keeps us updated of any changes to health.

  5. It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to regularly read their email, check social media pages, website, our school notice boards or notice board at any venue that your child attends in order to be fully aware of all upcoming events and information.

  6. In the event that we consider you to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or that your child is disruptive to other pupils or staff, teachers or venue staff, we reserve the right to exclude your child from any activity within Everybody Sing.

  7. Everybody Sing hire premises from Third Parties; therefore, all Everybody Sing Staff, Parents, Guardians and pupils must abide by the codes of conduct as set out by those Third Parties.

  8. Photographs and video footage of pupils taken by Everybody Sing may be used on our website, Social Media pages and for publicity purposes. If you do not wish your child’s image used for these purposes, you must inform Everybody Sing in writing.
